We offer other pet services such as grooming and photography.
We ensure that each and every one of these amazing animals receives undivided quality time, care and attention on a daily basis.

Terms & Conditions
Payment
Minimum of 50% down-payment to be made on the day of service.
Full payment to be made upon collection.
Pick-Up Policy
For grooming services, kindly pick your pet(s) up at the allocated time slot.
For 24 hour home-stays, kindly pick your pet(s) up as per agreement.
If pick up timing has to be changed, kindly inform us at least 1 hour before hand, or else it would be cosidered as abandonment. The case will be reported to SPCA.
Veterinary Fees
In the interest of your pet and others, do ensure that your pet is healthy before you place it with us.
As part of our policy and for the safety of our other guests, we do not accept pets with parasites (i.e: fleas, ticks and mites) for our pet care services. If your pet has parasites, please have your pet treated at a veterinarian clinic.
In the event that your pet shows signs of illness, we will inform you immediately.
We will make arrangements for your pet to be seen by your appointed vet or our local practice.
Any cost incurred relating to vet visits will be fully borne by owners.
Any fees incurred for your pets while they are in our care will be fully borne by owners.
All costs will be supported by receipts.
